The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and I loved the complimentary coffee and wine during my stay! ! Enjoyed the peaceful yet accessible location, just minutes from the city center.

The breakfast experience was disappointing and lacked variety. My room's decor was showing signs of wear, which I didn't expect from a newer hotel.

The hotel's location is hard to beat, situated just across from the Shoe Museum and near the Royal Ontario Museum. The staff truly shine with their attentiveness, offering complimentary morning coffee and even a picnic blanket when we needed one. My room was spacious, and the bed? Pure comfort!

Just a reliable pick for strolling around in Toronto with very good value for money. The bed was phenomenal, one of the best sleeps I've had. Remember to ask for any amenities you might need when checking in.
